Meg is a Integrative Healh Practitioner, specializing in Family Gut Health. She has her Bachelors and Masters Degrees.
from St. John Fisher, in Rochester, NY in Childhood, Special Ed. and Literacy Education , and has taught in public and private school for almost 2 decades. Meg’s worlds officially collided as her passions for holistic health and wellness, teaching, and her own personal motherhood journey, led her to opening her own Health and Wellness Practice in June of 2023 called Roc Your Wellness LLC. Meg ministers, educates and coaches families and individuals to decrease their toxin loads, develop healthier diets and lifestyle habits, and regulate their parasympathetic nervous systems to support natural healing in the body, and rebuild stronger gut health and over all wellness.
Meg is married to her college sweetheart and has two awesome kiddos; whom she is so blessed to be homeschooling these last 4 years. She lives in Webster, NY with our dog Teddy and two cats Ollie and Joey! Meg teaches pre-k in her homeschool community and ministers 7th grade students when she isn’t researching, studying or spending time with her family!
Carlee is a holistic health practitioner, specializing in aromatherapy and homeopathy with other micro-credentials
under her belt. Carlee graduated from American College of Healthcare Sciences for aromatherapy in 2021 and joined the national association for holistic aromatherapists. She has training in homeopathy, flower essences, herbal medicine, and iridology. She has worked with young children for over 10 years; she obtained her child development associate credential for infants-preschool age kids.
Carlee is passionate in normalizing holistic health at an early age to set the foundation to live a long, happy, healthy life naturally.
Carlee is married to her high school sweetheart and has three beautiful children; whom she homeschools.
They live in Marion, NY with their 2 dogs, Miley and Penny (who you can follow on tiktok @penelopethegreatdane). In her spare time she enjoys watching her chickens and teaching dance at a local dance studio.
